romantic If you got the money, and you want to spend a special weekend, or maybe it's your anniversary I recommend The Sorrento. My fiance took us here for a weekend getaway. We had towncar service, breakfast in bed, and we stayed in just about the coolest looking room I'd ever been in. Okay, so it's a bit pricy, but when you stay at The Sorrento you definitely get what you pay for. We'll be back, same time, next year.
Lovely, for a price To me, the Sorrento is pure elegance. It's an old hotel located in Seattle's First Hill area with so much class. Really, Seattle is not all that old of a city and cultural landmarks like this aren't so easy to come across. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good, and maintains a normal local clientele in addition to the tourists who stay at the hotel. Try the smoked salmon eggs benedict!
This is one of Seattle's oldest and finest hotels! The prices are very high, but it really is very nice for a special occasion. Honeymooons, weddings, Valentine's Day, or special anniversaries would be perfect. It is really beautifully and tastefully decorated. The rooms are a little small, but great.
