I have now had two custom frameless glass shower enclosures designed and installed by Sorrento Glass and am so impressed by the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service. When I first requested a quote, I received a response--providing several options--the same day. The owner, Steve, came to my home to measure the showers and help me choose the type of glass and hardware. And, on each occasion, the enclosures were delivered and installed earlier than promised. Highly recommend this company!
Steve is a great boss. Very kind/accomodating to his customers and fair to his employees. His staff work every job like it was their own home; professionally installed and materials cleaned & working properly before leaving. (I left company to move out of state)
I am so impressed with this company. I had a floor to ceiling wall mirror that shattered and needed replacing immediately. Steve and his crew responded quickly with a very fair quote and took care of it within the week. About two weeks later, I decided to go ahead with an additional floor to ceiling mirror that was even larger. I was amazed at how the crew got it up the stairs, into the condo and on the wall - all within about 20 minutes.
