I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dr. Ramin office. After suffering from severe pain for almost two months—stomach, bladder, and back pain—I sought help and had an initial consultation with the doctor. He ordered an ultrasound, which I completed, but then he suggested a CAT scan. After completing that as well, I was told to get another ultrasound, and then another CAT scan after informing them I already did them per his previous order they stated they needed to look into my file and call me back. Dr. Ramin is treating my dad and he’s an outstanding doctor and very knowledgeable but his receptionist crew is rude and horrible and they don’t have the patience to explain or or even listen, they simply just wanna tell you what they wanna tell you and hang up, just hung up the phone with one of his front crew and I never spoke to someone as rude as she is. Simply amazing doctor with a horrible receptionist.
