What started as one man's passion has turned into a family's tradition. Sigmund Sorg founded Sorg Jewelers in 1900 in Roanoke, Illinois. Darin helped me pick out an engagement ring and the customer service was flawless. He answered all my questions honestly with no pressure, was extremely patient as I am clueless about jewelry, and very personable. He needs to give customer service lessons on the side so he can help out the other 90% of businesses out there that lack now days. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

I took a necklace in for repair that I had purchased at another store. Jocelyn helped me figure out how to fix it and she was so nice and helpful, I had no idea they would be sooo nice! Then in one day turnaround I got it back restored and rhodium plated. They also have a really nice case for it when they gave it back to me. The master jeweler John E. is a sweetheart and very talented and I would recommend him and Sorg Jewelers to everyone that asks about my beautiful necklace! Thank you!
My fiance got my engagement ring from here and he was recommended this place by my father. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and they make you feel like family. They know their inventory very well and will work with you on any budget. Their jewelers are very talented (shout out to John and Darin :D) and they were able to turn my promise ring into a beautiful pendant. I highly recommend this place, it's the only store my fiance and I will go to for jewelry from now on.
