This is my third visit and third deal! Todd is fabulous! Diligent yet thorough and knowledgeable of the products he sells! Everyone on staff is friendly and welcoming. I will continue giving my business to Sorg and refer all friends to do the same!
Staff is rude in person and on the phone. It’s like we, the customers, are bothering them. I watched them dealing with two different customers while waiting for a oil change and noticed it wasn’t just me.
Watch your back with Patrick Beck! He will rip you over the curb and will have nothing to do with you after a sale. Patrick very much took advantage of our family. The service department is also a complete joke!

Just bought a used Town &Country last week. Throughout the process, Todd did a great job of making the experience easy for us. He was friendly and very helpful. At no time did I ever sense pressure to buy, rather I felt he really wanted to do his part to help us find the vehicle that met our needs. I would highly recommend Sorg. I went to several dealers in the St Joseph,Elkhart, and Berrien Counties. Bought from Sorg because of there service. They were all very attentive, sales manager, finance manager and salesman. None of the other dealers even got to see a sales manager. They just made me sit at a desk being bored
