Would not EVER buy a car from them. A friend of mine bought a car and within 3 weeks it now has transmission issues that the techs are saying didn't just pop up over night. But Sorg doesn't care that someone has to spend thousands of dollars on a car that isn't even worth that much. The sales guy was rude and showed ZERO compassion to any part of the situation. Awful.
I bought two new vehicles from them once I stared to have problem they blow you off with saying that is normal. It is not normal too add oil to your car every 3 weeks when is brand new.
Apparently the sales people are too busy to reply to vehicle inquiries. I inquired about a vehicle recently and I guess they just don’t want people to buy their vehicles.
Good friend took a dodge Cummins in to get recall work done and told them to service it while it was there. Went to pick it up and it was knocking really loud. They came up with all kinds of excuses why it was knocking. Took it to another shop and they tore the engine down and said it was run without oil. It had 83000 miles on the engine. Was running perfect when it went in to the shop. Cost over $10000 dollars to fix sorg dodges screw up. This place is very dishonest. I bought a used non Dodge vehicle and have many options for its service even a dealership in Goshen but choose to have it serviced here.....I’ve had many service people wait on me in the last 4 years and had 1 issue where the oil plug was left loose after an oil change .....all was handled professionally and got a free oil change Randy and Toby Sorg run a family dealership and employ good hard working people I’ve lived in Goshen for 45 years and have seen car lots come and go, Great experience always
