I saw Richard for a curly consult on 11/10/17 and both my life and hair will never be the same. I flat ironed and used keratin treatments for over 5 years and my hair became so damaged that I knew I had to go back to my curls, the curls that I have been running from since I was a little girl. Today was my first time in the salon. I worked with Jay, an absolutely amazing master stylist and also a wonderful person. He asked me what challenges I had with my current hair (fine wavy hair, styling issues with my cut, what happens when it gets cut wrong and issues with color) and really listened to what my concerns were.
