Sophie is a lovely woman and very knowledgeable. I've taken in pearls to be restrung, a bracelet for repair, etc. You will be in very capable hands with her.
I was so pleased to find Sophie's jewelry so close to where we live. They had great reviews and explained one of their specialties was restringing necklaces and bracelets. My wife had a silver necklace as a gift from my daughter which a child had broken. I took it down and they did a beautiful job. We had good luck happening to find Sophie’s Collection. I had two watches that needed links removed and a treasured bracelet that had a recurring kink. Sophie is lovely—she came up with a solution for a reasonable cost. All three items were ready within days and repaired as promised. Sophie also inspected and cleaned my engagement ring on the spot. It looks brand new. Beyond the repairs, her designs are beautiful. We plan to return to Sophie for repairs and purchases.
