Very odd shop. Doesn’t follow their own store hours, had tried to go 5 separate times during their posted hours and no one was there. Then out of the blue I saw a sign on their door saying they would be out of town until March 6th. Didn’t even warn their customers that the shop would be closed for a month. My husbands ring was there and we didn’t have it for our wedding. Poor communication and inconsistent hours.

These people took my fiancé’s wedding ring to reset the main stone and proceeded to destroy the band along with 5 of the smaller stones. They said it would take 7-10 days and a month later they finally admitted to the damage they had caused. They also closed for 2 weeks immediately after they took our ring. Sophie is an absolute joke, she made everything seem like it was our fault. Do not use this company.

My son and I went to Sophie’s to discuss a wedding ring. We had gone to three other jewelers in Walnut Creek. We ended up with a custom ring and it is the most stunning ring I have ever seen. She took so much time to educate me and my son. Than you Sophie

Sophie is amazing to work with. She is very honest and fair about her pricing and jewelry material. I highly recommend her shop, you can find unique and classic jewelry or work with her to have a custom piece you desire.
