I have been going here also for 7 years. You can not beat this shop. Its clean and the take really good care of your hair. If I had one complaint it would be that they are slow. Even with two people on your head, I think because they talk and eat alot. Also because sometimes they are attending to children that in my opinion shouldnt be there. I did not think I was tender headed at all, but maybe I am cuz they grib tight and I want to slap them sometimes, but the cost we pay for beauty! Try it I promise u will love it
Ive gone to Sophias to get braids and twists, and was very pleased with both sets. I got lots of compliments on both. They even touched my braids up for my wedding!!! The ladies are very nice and the shop is clean and neat. The 2 drawbacks have already been stated. The kids running around and them stopping to talk on their cellphones (bluetooth??!!) They also took my micros out in about 1 hr for \$40. It was well worth that to have them do it without damaging my hair.
The ladies that work at this shop is the bomb the best braiders. they keep the same staff,and i love them. They are very clean ,and can braid with reasonable prices overall the best! Call them you will not regret it!
I went to sophias for braids . I did like the professionalism and the cleanliness of the shop. It was awsome! I recomend that shop to any body that need braids.
Sophias is very cool. I went there to get my micro braids taken out. They had my braids out in an hour and a half (and I have a LOT of hair). I was very pleased! The shop is spacious and clean and they do excellent work.
I got small kinky twists in May 07. I received a TON of compliments. I think they are slow at times and it could be due to the fact that they will braid your hair and talk on their cellphone at the same time. Ive been a repeat customer of theirs since Nov 2006. Shop is clean and some of the ladies speak english very well. Sometimes their kids are there running around but they do their best to control them. Ive been going to Sophias for 5 years. The place is clean, spacious, and the ladies shows lots of love. They sell hair products, fashion, and jewelry products to complete and acent your beauty.They interact with the customers make them feel welcome and appreciated. Ive been going to Sophia for 7 years. They always do a great job. They come in early (by appt), the shop is always clean and the staff is always kind and courteous. They just braid so slow, Im usually there for about 10 hours and my hair is not long. But they always do a great job!!! I guess you cant rush beauty. Theyve kept me as a customer all this time.
The ladies working in this salon show love to the job they do. The salon is clean and spacious. The location is very convenient to reach by public transportation, cab or car. They are customer focused and are all lovely ladies... There are parking available ...
