We use the highest quality Prime galbi available to us. Try the unmarinated version. Lightly dip in rock salt and pepper or the sauces we provide. The meat will melt in your mouth.

This place is so REAL LA; deep in koreatown, in what was built to be a suburban strip mall 50 years ago; slammed and double parked in the lot; tow trucks; a laundry mat, and couches out front because the wait is an hour due to how absolutely bomb their KBBQ is. Full of Koreans and a few of us interlopers that know how banging the grub is.
My first time for truly authentic Korean BBQ. The food and service was incredible. Fresh food and friendly servers, I would recommend Soowon Galbi to anyone. An experience everyone needs, and I’m confident that you will be back many times. Enjoy.
Although the wait was long, it was definitely worth it! They offer so many great meat options to choose from. Their banchan was also very good!

In a small unassuming shopping plaza, here is a very good Korean restaurant. We took the recommendation of our Korean born colleague and ordered BBQ beef. We did not order the largest combo dinner and the tender beef, vegetables, sides including kimchee and salad was a feast at a reasonable price. We will return.
The server will grill the meat for you and non stop serving of condiments, very good.
