Sooter Apartments AVOID SOOTER APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS!!! My husband and I moved to Rolla from Minneapolis a couple of years ago. When we got to the house we were renting from Sooter we could not believe the state the house was in. There was trash sitting at the end of the driveway, and within 10 minutes of us pulling in from our 10 hour drive here someone from the city was there to cite us for leaving trash out for so long. Luckily, he was nice and didn't cite us, just told us to call Rolla Utilities to start trash pickup. ... read more
