We have worked with Sooner Carpet for more years than any of us would probably like to admit to! There is a reason for that; consistent and courteous service. They are always there for day to day needs and can handle large and devastating floods. Works well with insurance claims.

They did a wonderful job, Bob and Bob were splendid! My house smells better. Much better (: they did an excellent job in cleaning my air/heating vents, and cleaning up afterwards, I honestly wish I had a vacuum like that, so I could clean my house myself. That vacuum cleaner made me super jealous. It'd make it easier cleaning up after two cats and my four year old lol.

Problems and no return phone call. Carpet was so wet it took over 48hr to dry. As a result, the stains were dissolved but left spots after drying because they weren't vacuumed adequately after being treated. When we called to discuss it we were told someone would return our call, which they didn't. We moved all of our furniture out except one small chair.
