I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
