I absolutely love Dr. Soo Kim, Santasia, Erica, and Valerie. The services are conducted in a warm and welcoming manner. My energy level is always at its peak when I leave each session. I actually track my stress levels on my Apple Watch, and there has never been a time when my graph has not been in the green when I leave when it was in the red when I entered. Amazing experience with Dr. Soo! Extremely therapeutic and great treatment, from massages to foot soaks to of course, acupuncture! Played a role with my successful IVF transfer implantation as well as my prenatal acupuncture for the first trimester. I highly recommend going to her if you're trying to conceive/going through IVF! They only care about over billing you and pushing mediocre facials and massages vs addressing the root of your health issues. I didn’t even get the courtesy of a private room my last visit despite informing them in advance I was experiencing more health issues. The worst part is, my disability and other symptoms were publicly spoken about with other patients in the room.
