My cake is nothing like what I wanted. I even sent in a picture and was very specific. Very disappointed.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We work very hard to provide, not only a good tasting product, but a beautiful one. Clearly, anyone can see that with this posting. Ours is the 2nd cake which took over two hours to create. It's very discouraging to work so hard and put so much love into our art, just to have it criticized. You are welcome to return the cake for a full refund but we will not apologize for this cake, it turned out beautifully. Sonya

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday I sent a picture and explained exactly what I wanted. The colors were wrong and the writing on the cake was smudged! I called and was told they could do nothing until Monday which did not help me because my daughters party is Sunday! I am really disappointed especially since I was so specific! Hopefully Monday they will help me in some way!!
