I went to the Hair Spa for a Keratin and the service was great. I am pleased with my Keratin treatment and will be going back to Sonya Michelle.

When I first walked in the spa I was nervous but Sonya Michelle was very pleasant as I walked in. I explained what my situation was with my hair which was traction alopecia and she asked me certain questions pertaining to my hair in which I answered and she explained the treatment needed to repair the damage. I was highly impressed with the knowledge of hair. She recommended for me twist extensions while my hair is growing I highly recommend Sonya Michelle and I will continue my services with her!

ALERT:- CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! I means no harm to anyone, but only to warn you all about Sonya Michelle's experience in doing the Keratin Straightening Treatment. My daughter and I got a coupon from Groupon online with the option of paying online. We contacted Sonya Michelle to do the Keratin Treatment for us. I was seeking a solution to my very damaged locs. Sonya Michelle was not only very professional, but was very honest and gave me the advise and recommendations I was seeking. Sonya is a professional who is going to provide the best solution to your needs; as opposed to other stylists who perform services based on their needs.
