I do not think that the Magnolia Ranch Apartments is an ethically integral company for a litany of reasons. First, I am about to move out and the pay portal forced me to pay the standard monthly amount and would not allow myself to edit the charges. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the management of Nubia Square Apartments (3711 Southmore Blvd Houston tx, 77029) under the current leadership. I lived in Sabal Club Apartments and moved out in September 2024. The mold in all of the buildings surrounding me was horrendous.. My building had so much mold, built up in the bathroom that it was affecting my breathing and allergies. The constant flooding in the front of the complex was ridiculous and they did nothing about it. Some days I could not even get into my walkway. Neighbors smoke cigarettes inside their apartment email complaining about smoke coming into our apartment 8 or more times during our 12.month lease nothing was done till the last month all they did was clean the vents and gave them a 10 day notice witch didnt change anything we have a 4 month old baby all of our clothes and furniture smell like cigarettes terrible management when in the lease says no smoking in the building do not move into 502 at this complex

We live in apartment 525 Sabal Club Dr apt 106, the people above us have been renovating their apartment without a 3rd company or maintenance, we got no no notice by the office that heave construction was going to occur over the next 3 days and who knows if tomorrow I will wake up to it. The people above stomp until 1-2am. Only way my wife and kids can sleep is with white sound machines, I have attached videos of the noises to the apartment office and nothing in return. Beware of this ********************* in ***** ripping off texans. Having to deal with the level of ignorance, incompetence unaccountability and a so called property managers that lies .. a lot on a weekly basis. Zero accountability at every turn. This is a fraudulent company out of ********** ! My elderly mother, and her elderly roommate live at Verandah in ******, **. Two weeks ago, the drug addicts living above her had a party and broke the toilet, causing massive flooding to their unit and, consequently, the unit below it which is where my mother lives. She described waking up to a rain forest.
