Remind me of Arizona...no grass, very nicely landscaped.
It's a very nice place, built within the last 20 years or so. They have two nice swimming pools. Lucaya has two Association Fees, one goes to a "Master Association." The development consists mostly of "snow birds." The main office on site is rarely open, rarely manned. The HOA (Association) is managed very poorly, in fact l'm not even sure there is one currently! If there's a problem related to your condo, you'll wait a very long time before it's addressed. There are no formal group activities on site.
