They created a problem on top of my original issue to try to make me pay more. Took it in for an overheating issue and they wanted to charge me $1300. Decided I didn't want to pay that and took it to pep boys. I found out they completely removed a clip that caused my car to shake when idle(its never done that before). Pep boys fixed that issue and the overheating problem for $444 out the door. Sons wanted to replace about 3 or 4 different parts while pep boys replaced one.
#1 Dont take advantage of 86 year old men with a FICO score of 820+ with $10000 down and still give them a 7.5% intrest rate. You got over on my dad, but guess what? You've lost the business of all his family in tbe future. I also plan on giving plenty of reviews of your crooked dealing.

I had my vehicle worked on in the Auto Collision department and extremely disappointed that one of the workers felt they were entitled to steal out of my vehicle during the two days they were painting part of the body. I feel extremely violated and will not take my vehicle here again. It's disheartening the dishonesty of folks and unfortunate because the work done was good.
