5 stars rating from me Kerry M. In the service department was so helpful. He got the parts for my truck really quick. I originally took my truck to rivertown Buick/GMC for my drivers seat being broke the girl told me the parts would be in in 4 days and they would call me. Well it’s coming up on 2 weeks and still no phone call. I came in this past Friday and Kerry got my parts in that following Monday. Very friendly and very professional.
We broke down pulling our 44' fifth wheel, had our truck towed into Sons on Monday morning. Truckie took excellent care of us. Picked it up on Saturday morning and when back to campground to get our trailer. Broke down a second time, called Truckie, he made suggestions on what to check for and then we ended up limping it to Sons at 4PM on Saturday afternoon. Not only did they fix it, but they stayed late, on a Saturday so we could get back to Savannah! Thanks for your excellent service!
worst experience in buying a car I've had in my life. not to mention they screwed me on the vehicle I thought I was buying. I do not reccomend going to Sons. I'd recommend going to Glen Smith Chevrolet dealership instead.
Worked with John Faulk and bought a brand new 2019 Silverado. Had a great experience. It was easy. No hassle and no run around. Highly recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.
OUR FATHER PAID CASH FOR A 2018 CHEVY IMPALA , LAST YEAR JULY, PAINT PEELING ON 4X4 SPOT TRIM AROUND WINDOW. BEEN GETTING A RUN AROUND THREE MONTHS.
