Nice apartments and great location Apartments are nice to live in, the most I like about the place is Robert from the maintenance team, he’s very polite, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and always responds very quick.

Love Eviva Midtown! Sabrina was extremely helpful from beginning to end, assisting with our move from Los Angeles to Sacramento. The apartment is beautiful and we love it! Sabrina was available to answer our questions and always went the extra mile to help us. We are so grateful we found Eviva. We read the reviews and it assured us we were picking the right place. Not worth it I've been here for quite a while now and I've got some issues. The direct area road work is straight up hazardous on my car, and because of all the roadwork friends / food delivery can't actually get to my building without a thorough knowledge of the streets here. The building water keeps getting shut off, cant turn hot, or on a couple of occasions cant turn cold. The elevators keep getting these just disgusting messes in them, anything from dirty cloth diapers to "its clean but that smell is awful". They seem t... read more

Nice neighborhood and location By far the best apartment living I’ve experienced! I came from a very bad neighborhood and needed to move for safety reasons. I love how safe this community is for me and my family. Office staff is very customer service oriented and have made this process a breeze. Thank you ladies and maintenance man Robert for handling any maintenance issues in my apartment.
Amazing Customer Service Sabrina and Brittany made our move from Oregon to CA as seamless as possible. They helped guide us through every step of the leasing process, and we’re went above and beyond! We are truly grateful for their help and love our experience at the Eviva so far!

I feel right at home I love living here it’s been a nice couple years. I am very happy with how things have been changing in a positive direction. Huge improvement. Neighbors are also chill.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My boyfriend has been living here for the past 5 years and I moved in August of this year. He previously had a one bedroom and we switched to a two bedroom. He did NOT want to live anywhere else but here and I can see why! Shelby is amazing and made the move incredibly easy and the transition smooth for my boyfriend. LOVE this place! I've been living here for about 3 months and EVIVA Midtown has lived up to all the reviews. This place has been a fantastic new home, right in the heart of Sacramento.
