Nice apartment building I moved a month ago in Eviva and so far I had a great experience both with apartment and with the staff.

Amazing Management & location I moved in few months back and have really enjoyed my new apartment. It's a very clean, quite and great location. Dog friendly (all dogs) which is nice. I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing management I've lived in Eviva for six months. It has been a wonderful experience. I would like to shout out to the management team, especially Sabrina. She was always responsive to my questions and requests and always prepared to help out. The building and facility are overall clean and safe. The rent is reasonable given the location of the building.

Wonderful Management! This community has a wonderful team managing all of the daily concerns. Patricia and Luis care about the condition of property so they work hard to deliver excellent results and make this community a great place to live! I recommend Pentagon Apartments. Every new resident here is welcomed by a warm smile and sparkling clean home.
Love my new place! I found this apartment through apartments.com and have been loving living here!! The team was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process! Any questions and comments were answered very quickly and were helpful! Everyone is kind and welcoming. :)

Great building and staff I've lived at Eviva for about four months now and have loved it so far! The management is amazing, especially Sabrina, who's always very responsive to my questions and is a lovely person to interact with in general. The building and amenities are clean and modern, and the location can't be beat. I would recommend Eviva to anyone looking to live in Midtown.
Always Available and Informative Staff. I am so pleased with the service that I have received here at EVIVA. Friendly staff We took a tour with Sabrina and she was super welcoming and informative. I wanted to make sure we were moving into a community that fits our needs, and Eviva pretty much checked off every point. I toured many other places in the midtown/downtown area and Sabrina was one of the best leasing consultants I met. We aren’t looking to move until next year, but Eviva is definitely on the top of our list!
