Don't trust them Was promised move in bonus gift card. Moved in 5 months ago, still nothing. Excuses and "right around the corner" talk since I started asking about it after the second month. Location is great, my unit is decent, guy in the office is cool, the ConAm management company is terrible and I would not trust them with anything in good faith. Make sure expectations are clear in writing.
Customer / Maintenance Service I have been a long time resident. Rob from the Maintenance Team is Outstanding. He is very professional and cares about us residence. His is very good about follow up to make sure that the issues are fixed to our satisfaction. He adds "Value" to being a resident here at Sonora at Alta Loma

Great service I want to give a big shoutout to Robert from the maintenance team at Sonora Alta Loma! His customer service is amazing. I texted him this morning about a service request, and he showed up right away. He was super friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. It’s not often you find someone so dedicated and helpful. I really appreciate his hard work and kindness.

Overall great experience!! I am planning on moving back home to California and on a recent visit decided to start looking at properties I was interested in. I went in to gather info and possibly view some units and I was instantly sold on this being my future home after my interaction with Michael. Michael’s Service I went to Sonora Apartments today and I honestly liked a lot the property. It is honestly a property that would fit a great majority of people looking for a home. Shout out to the leasing team I have not moved in yet, so take this as a caveat for my review. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. I am moving from across the country and they have been very responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. If they are able to support me like this one I have arrived, I will never want to leave.
