Dr. Senn is an amazing dentist, my family has been seen by him for 8years. Unfortunately he has hired the rudest scheduling receptionist. She is pushy, disrespectful, and unkind. I have seen Lisa make patients cry in the waiting room, she doesn’t allow you time to process and schedule your appointment in the time you see fit. She hounds you, trying to pull you into future appointments you may not be able to afford or fit into your life in the time she sees fit. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Both Dr. Senn and Dr. Mann are outstanding in their holistic approach and proactive dentistry. I’ve been treated with kindness and given excellent care in the 6 or 7 years I have been a patient. A number of teeth were saved that other dentists would have pulled and my vastly improved gum health and plac reduction are very encouraging. Great hygienists too!

I am not liking this review system asking me to choose how to review/I am asked to choose where I want to review when I do not know what will happen and whrre the reviw will be sent to and who will see it—- is this a public review??? Being asked which venue is strange and un-welcoming (I would not want to do this type of review in the future) My cleaning was very good today. I have never felt safer at another dentist office than I do here. I am very encouraged and confident in the philosophy and approach of the entire staff!

Dear Senn, Mann, dental office : Thank you all very much ... today’s experience was great ! The office staff was helpful and welcoming…Dr Senn, Dr. Mann and their assistants were also wonderful. I especially appreciate Dr Senn’s compassion in letting me come back for a follow up visit to complete the work in a gentle way. Thank you all

Everyone is super sweet. Dr. Senn is the best and Tara the young hygenist was awesome! Lisa at the front counter was super rude to everyone, though. Felt bad for the older gentleman that was SOMEWHAT slower to understanding the new system with the tablet. She was short and rude to even her coworkers! I work with the public so I had no issue communicating or dealing with her attitude and had an awesome and easy experience regardless.
