It is a shame that this office has a good staff and a rough dentist. Dr Groff was very rough replacing a new crown. That wasn’t the first time that I had the same service done there and I know it was totally unnecessary. It is needed force and although he does this everyday that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t need to hear and understand that each person is different. I felt disrespected and unheard. The doctor treated my problem really easily ! I’m from France so I didn’t know where to go… I’ve called and then I had an appointment 2 hours later. I didnt wait for the appointment! I recommend !!!!
Dr. Groff and his entire office staff are amazing! I live over an hour away and I feel it is more than worth the drive to be cared for by such kind, competent people. I had some issues that had been bothering me for years and I could never get a clear explanation of my options for treatment. In one short visit, Dr. Groff outlined a plan I could understand and got to work RIGHT THEN. Dr Groff and his staff have been wonderful to my wife and myself for years. My smile is his work. As President of Homeless Action Sonoma Inc of all the dentists I contacted for help with our homeless clients, Dr Groff turned out to be the one to open his doors. Over the past 12 months Dr Groff has treated over 30 clients who would not be smiling today without his generosity. He is not only a very good dentist, but kind.
