I have gone to Dr. Terrill off and on for the last 30 years. Every single time he nails the problem and I get the treatment I need to clear things up. I've had some really strange skin problems over the years and am so happy that I have a doctor that I can rely on. This time I had severe eczema, all over my body, and I was suffering like crazy. Dr Terrell is a throw back to the kind of physician we rarely have in this era. He spent time with us. Diagnosed through careful conversation and communicated well. Included education and a plan for follow-up. We came to him after 3-visits at a more typical dermatologist just repeatedly prescribed cortisone but didn't take any steps to problem solve. In 30-min with Dr T we had a solution and a strategy and a follow-up plan. I can't say enough good about him.
Horrible service. Horrible management. Do not waste your time or money. They are only interested in making money not in their bottom line not in customer service Additionally I only went to them because of one professional aesthetician who has now left. I found her and followed her and this company filed legal action so I can no longer use her !!! WHO DOES THAT. Dr. Terrill was great. Very efficient and solved my issue. It did take 2 visits but they were both quick, professional and efficient. I did not experience any wait time, the front office staff was courteous and accomodated a requested schedule change quickly. I would recommend Dr. Terrill and Sonoma Skin Works to others. Great experience!
