My experience with Sonoma Skin Works, the staff and Dr. Tillerson was wonderful. He explained everything to me and was very kind, and so was his staff. The medicine he prescribed for my skin condition is working and I am very excited. I am to follow-up with him in two months and am looking forward to seeing him again. I would recommend to anyone that needs a good Dermatologist.
I have been Dr. Terrill's patient for years and I have nothing but positive things to say. He has preformed surgery on me, my wife, and my granddaughter. it has all been very successful.

I wasted months at this place , wasted so much money and time , dr Terrill could not solve my problem, did unnecessary biopsy and provided no affective solution. Officer manager Cheryl hardly replies back to voice messages, biopsy results took forever to come back , I had to call 10 times to make her send prescription to the pharmacy which usually takes a minute. All they gave me is frustration . NEVER recommend this place.

I am so frustrated! Biopsy in early December. I was told the results will take about a week. I have yet to receive a call back from Sonoma and it is now early January. I have left repeated messages requesting my results and have not even received a call back. The results may not be that important to them but they are very important to me. I will not waste my time with Sonoma skin Works any longer.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doc always explains everything in lay terms and thoroughly.
