I would give zero stars if I could. We made an appointment with, Todd Pimentel, last Friday the 12th, to look at a home on Wednesday 12/17. I explained to Todd that I work weekdays and would have to move appointments around to be able to do the viewing (we are coming from Napa). We get to the house at our appointment time, where the owners inform me the house was already rented out last week. Todd is nowhere to be found.
