From what I understand they fire their employees without providing cause. I would not recommend to anyone seeking their services or to people looking for employment.
RecommendedThey appear to really be concerned about their patients and their needs. After having them for the time we have had them so far, it feels like their more than just employees.
I am very happy with the care and attention I have received from Sonoma concerning my physical therapy. The therapist is excellent in knowledge, concern, encouragement and professionalism. A Sonoma nurse checks on me and I receive a phone call each week to discuss any concerns I may have.
