Lovely flowers and very nice ladies running the shop.
The flowers are beautiful! Thank you so much for your attention and kindness in sending a second arrangement! There was a concern with the first arrangement and a second was delivered for my daughter’s birthday. Your professionalism and kindness were so appreciated! My daughter said they are lovely!
I've been ordering floral arrangements for our family from Sonoma Flowers now for quite sometime, and they never disappoint. We had a little hiccup last delivery, but Sally & Susan were so lovely and gracious. They went absolutely above and beyond this time around. Talk about customer service! I appreciate them tremendously so my beautiful aunts birthday arrangement this year. Thank you ladies for always coming through for us. Much appreciated and highly recommended !
I found out today on Mothers Day that my MIL wasn’t going to be back home until later in the week and Sally is going back to pick up the flowers to redeliver a new bouquet 5 days later! Best customer service ever and she is just the kindest. 12/10 helping fix my mistake on probably their busiest day of the year besides Valentines. THANK YOU SALLY!
