Not a good experience. The owner bid window coverings and the primary bedroom shades were not black out as my confirmation email stated. The codes on the bid did not make it clear but she will not take responsibility. I had her quote shades for main area. She did not seem to have clear knowledge on the Hunter Douglas products. After multiple conversations I called a different store and they were able to give me the information she lacked at a better price.

The daunting task of choosing window treatments that provide excellent shade from the sun as well as being beautiful was made easy with the help of Lisa. The extensive options were presented in a thorough, unhurried way. What I thought was going to be an arduous process turned out to be anything but. Furthermore, Broc couldn't have done a better job of installation. We are absolutely thrilled.
