Lived there for a year, enjoyed my time. If you are looking for a place in the heart of SONO, this is your spot! Building is super updated, staff is nice!
ideal spot for a place to live in south norwalk connecticut. i spent a year there. they have a good team with good communication. the owner abe is a very good guy. highly reccomend if you’re willing to pay for a place downtown.
The Pearl is a fantastic place to live, especially if you are a young professional looking for something close to great restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and the train. The apartments have an incredible amount of closet space for the unit size with modern finishes and quality appliances. The tenants in the building are kind and respectful of the property and the building management is very easy to work with and addresses inquiries in a timely fashion. I have loved living at the Pearl! Friendly neighbors, clean building, very nice & attentive maintenance team. Location can’t be beat - SoNo restaurants, bars, & shops are steps away. Walk to Metro North or the mall both in under 10 minutes. Perfect transition from NYC!
