Love the staff and service works for me thank you to all the staff and doctors.
The staff and physician were very professional and courteous. I was awake for the procedure and did voice some discomfort that was not addressed...however, similar to labor contractions, it dissipated. During my one week appointment, I was delighted to see that my waist had decreased by three inches. Yaaay!!!! It's been a month now, and I'm still morphing into my new body. There are still some tenderness and unexpected and unprovoked pains -but a small price to pay to fit into my clothes again!!!
I really wish I had done this sooner! If you're considering re-shaping for a healthier life, now is the time to do it! Such friendly, professional people make the experience so much easier.
The staff are warm and friendly. I love each and every one of them. Every question was answered, great people.
Very smooth process all in all. The entire staff is amazing. Little to no down time post procedure. I had the procedure on a Saturday mid-day and was back to work on Monday morning. Results were visible right away and keep getting better.
Tisa is a wonderful nurse she treated me so good I don't have any complaints about her all the staff treated me well. I'm returning for a second surgery!
I had a wonderful experience from the front desk to the back room for my surgery. Wonderful touch to have the Surgeon call the night of the procedure. And the nurses have great bedside manor. I would recommend the Schaumburg office for consults and procedure. Thank you!
The staff and Dr. Brownstein are very caring, compassionate and attentive. The day of the surgery I was very nervous but Dr. Brownstein and Bobbie made me feel very comfortable. Even when I was post op and had plenty of questions, I received a call back the same day. Even when I was 2 days post op and felt like I was coming down with something. Very positive results with the procedures I have done at Sonobello. I am extreme happy with my results. I have a thinner Torso, thinner upper arms and fists very nicely into my clothes. I have gotten lots of compliments about my new body. Very happy I invested into my new body.
