My Sonobello experience has been a 5 star experience from the start. The customer service I received from Josi, Dana and Alyssa in the front were so lovely and they stayed so patient with me. My consultation with Liliana was very comforting and knowledgeable. Liliana made me feel safe and confident about the the procedure. Like the girls in the front she was also patient with my very many questions Dr. Berman was very caring, understanding and made me feel at ease! He is a positive happy doctor. Really happy with my results.
The office staff is welcoming. They are very professional and make sure you feel comfortable in their facility. All of my questions were answered. That's really assuring. I would highly recommend the Long Island office to anyone.
My SonoBello experience was outstanding. Dr. Namon, Dr. Bonanno and Nurse Tisa took great care of me after my facelift.. I am sooo happy to look in the mirror again!
Staff was great and very friendly and professional, my surgery was nice and smooth and I didn't wait long at all, can't see my results yet it's only been 8 days since my surgery but I'm hoping I'll see it soon. Dr. Janis DiPietro was very sweet and helpful.
The Nurse Tisa Was awesome she go out of her way to help me on 03/28/ 2017 she came to work an hour early just to keep me from waiting long. Please let her know I relay appreciate it, Nurse Jess was very nice also. and Thank to Dr Namon He was very Professional.
I want to say that I was very nervous about doing this.Nurse Tisa,and Dr.Buglino took the time to calm my fears about the procedure.I am a 9/11 survivor who is very clostrofobic.When the time came I felt very confident in their skills.They made me feel calm.As I look back on this 4 months ago I am extremely happy with my results! And I'm told that it will look better when I'm fully healed 12 months after the procedure! Nurse Tisa was extremely awesome today and she assist my mom tremendously.
