Love the staff, they make you feel really relaxed and comfortable. Wish the Surgeon would take time to see his patients or at least communicate with them but he doesnt meet unless its an emergency...
I loved Britney! She made me feel comfortable even tho I was nervous when i first got there. She was able to answer all my questions. They need to fix their address tho. They are not in Calabasas , so my map quest took me to the wrong place.
I got everything I needed. Thanks to the excellent job guys.

My experience was wonderful. Tova really helped explain everything clearly and is very welcoming and funny! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pricing is misleading. You think you can afford it from the ads and then they explain you are priced according to your weight. It is not explained clearly until you arrive. After we all spend money giving back to loved ones for the holidays, you would think a company this large would not need to overcharge its customers. It was an amazing experience. Everyone was so comforting and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable, positive and confident moving further with this procedure. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Shaena was amazing and I would refer everybody to her. All my questions were answered and I didnâ??t feel judged at all.
