The consultant, Victoria, was very professional and addressed all my concerns. When speaking, she was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable when expressing my treatment plans. Was very pleasant and very upbeat I enjoyed my consultation with my consultant Naomi who was very pleasant and very upbeat. Naomi took the time to explain the step by step process to ensure that I would be comfortable through it all.

Great customer service goes a long way. Have to say that I had a great experience here. My wife came in and was unable to get surgery because she needed to actually lose a good amount of weight before anything could be safely done to her. Naomi helped out with the procedure and I felt like we were appreciated by the company even though we were unable to bring them business at this point in time. Will most likely come back to reschedule in 6-8n months when the lady gets in better shape. Great customer service goes a long way.
