I had a wonderful experience with my consultant I had a wonderful experience with my consultant. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. While there are multiple locations of Sono Bello, you never get the "chain" mentality. From the receptionist to the doctors, it's all top notch!!
Had a good experience here. Had a good experience here. I came in to see what the prices were with my sister because we had been planning on both getting something done. It was a little weird in the consultation, but Naomi made me not feel bad about myself and was very nice the whole time. I was relieved when she told me that I was not going to have to get much done. All in all I have a payment plan that is in the budget and can live with and am excited to get my procedure done later on this fall!
Great customer service goes a long way. Have to say that I had a great experience here. My wife came in and was unable to get surgery because she needed to actually lose a good amount of weight before anything could be safely done to her. Naomi helped out with the procedure and I felt like we were appreciated by the company even though we were unable to bring them business at this point in time. Will most likely come back to reschedule in 6-8n months when the lady gets in better shape. Great customer service goes a long way.
Good experience I would like to say that I had quite a good experience here. I came in here on a whim, because I wanted to get the stubborn fat off of my stomach and have tried literally everything and still it remains. I went in to see Naomi, and she said that we would be able to get this done for an acceptable price that was at the higher end of my budget but still affordable. I am excited to say that I will be getting the procedure done in a few months and am assured that all will go well.
The doctors and their staff were wonderful Yes I would It was minimal amount of pain and discomfort. And I was able to go out shopping in only 3 days after surgery. The doctors and their staff were wonderful

I will strongly consider coming back to Sono Bello. Coming into the center it didnt look all that nice on the inside and the wait was a bit long for me. The customer service that I was provided with was very good though, and I have to say that I really appreciate all the time that my consultant Naomi took with me to answer my questions and rest any doubts that I had about getting my procedure done. My wife and I are considering getting the procedure done. I don't usually write reviews but I have to say that I was treated really well here, and I wasn't even the patient. My wife came in to get a consultation because she wanted to get parts of her lower back done. Naiomi was our consult and she was very friendly and nice and even offered us water and snacks (I was actually pretty hungry at the time). I was greeted extremely warmly I came into Sono Bello not knowing what to expect and I was greeted extremely warmly by the consultant Victoria. She outlined in detail the procedure that I was considering and made me feel comfortable with it. I have not booked yet, but I will be back to.
