We rented a camper for our wedding weekend. Cost us over $400 and the propane hose leaked and wasted a bunch of propane, then the battery died 10 minutes after charging it with a generator for 5 hours. They gave us a measly $50 back. Should have just spent our wedding night in a tent since that's basically what we got. Not a happy camper at all.
Everyone was great and very helpful. I've dealt with RV Dealers and none have compared to these guys. Thanks.
These guys were so gracious to us traveling from Hot Springs, Arkansas to view the West.. We had a few issues with our new camper & they were like Mighty Mouse.. They truly saved another month of vacation for us without going back to Arkansas.. They Saved our Day...Please .. My wife and I had a great experience at Sonny's. It was a low pressure situation, they met all of my needs and went through extraordinary measures after hours to make sure I was ready to go and pleased with my camper. I would highly recommend Sonny, Tom, Mike and the entire crew at Sonny's RV.
We just purchased our second new RV from Sonny's. We had a few glitches and misunderstandings concerning the price we were quoted in the store and the price posted on their on line site. That was settled and we agreed on the price. We purchased a new 2014 unit, that has been on their lot for sometime and it had a few issues, but were quickly addressed by the service team. We had a great experience at Sonnys!!! Our sales guy Tony helped us get into a RV and didn't pressure us into a unit we couldn't afford!!!! Everyone there was very nice and very helpful!!!!! Thanks guys!!!!
I bought my fifth wheel trailer last year at Sonny's and had a great experience this past weekend at their store. I had an issue with my fifth wheel hitch so I stopped by the parts department to inquire about s fix. I was expecting a several hundred dollar fix but Mike from the service dept went out to my truck and along with Mike Rone diagnosed my problem as a simple C clip issue. I bought a 50 cent piece and my problem was solved. Thanks for taking the time to go the extra mile!
