One of our frameless bedroom windows shattered on I-25 around Wheatland. We checked our Route 66 directory called Mike at Sonny's. Scotty patched us up to survive the weekend, no charge. We're sitting here watching it snow now, but no worries.
When we purchased our grand design solitude sonny's treated us very royally while we spent the night in it before they delivered it went through and marked all the things that needed to be fixed and then also once it was delivered we found more items the biggest of which is the Samsung French door refrigerator that does not defrost in the freezer so I have constant ice and frost buildup we have contacted Samsung 12 times by phone three times by email and one time by text with no results we have also talk to the service manag... read more
Just finished purchasing a travel trailer through Sonnys and wow..... we can't speak highly enough of Dan Candelaria who provided a wealth of information along with a kind and pressure-free buying experience. Dan went the extra mile to help us as first time RV buyers, and we will most certainly be back in a few years to work with him again.
Bought camper roughly 9 or 10 weeks ago. They have had it going on 6 weeks repairing everything that doesn't work. Would never buy a product made by Keystone ever again. Wish I could return it and get my money back!
Just want to give a huge thanks to Dan, Mike, Brad, Ron and everyone else that helped us in the last few weeks. My husband and I finally agreed on a 5th wheel (the hardest part of course) and these guys made the rest easy! We love our new 5th wheel and look forwards to many wonderful memories in the future! We came to casper for the eclipse festival only to discover our RV needed emergency repairs. Scotty was fantastic and got us in and out within a few hours and for a good price. We highly recommend this business!
They may be a big support in the community which is awesome. But maybe they should support their customers the same way.
