RecommendedI have been to sonny's store a few times for many things but I go there often to get multiple 5 gallon propane tanks filled. when I go get my tanks tanks filled I always have my two going kids with me and we get them filled in the snow or sunshine... the person who usually fills my tanks up has NEVER once offered to help me carry them to my car. Thank you Sonny, and the entire staff at Sonny’s RV. From our fabulous salesman, Paul Daviau, who never once applied any pressure on us to purchase, to Brad in finance, Wayne and Brandy in the parts/accessories department, and finally Tad, and Scotty in service, our experience was truly enjoyable. We were traveling back from Tulsa to MT with three horses on the trailer and had a major problem with a wheel. Brian Howard, the service manager, came out and took a look and his techs Scotty and Jeff came up with a plan and got us up and running first thing the next morning. I would highly recommend them!
Michael is a great salesman. He gave us a thorough walk through to tell us what the features of our new toy are. Brad is awesome at finance. He made it extremely simple. Scott in parts did a great job of teaching us how to use our new toy. He even answered all my quedtions. Jeff started the delivery and also was helpful. Keep up the great work. I will send others your way. Thank you parts for all the help.
We are on a long excursion and found ourselves with a serious problem with our motorcoach. A panel on the side was falling off because of rusty screws. We stopped at Sonny's for any assistance. We were fortunate that we stopped there. After looking at our problem they got the right person with the right plan and 30 minutes later we were back on the road. Not only was this unbelievable they didn't charge us anything. This is THE PLACE for service.
These folks always step up. Thank you Brian Howard, Service Manager, for getting my RV in before my original appointment! This was awesome and typical of the service we receive here! Thank you, Brett and Tammy Casper.
