No flat wear no turkey 45 minutes to get food and it's cold do not eat here
My visit today was horrible, especially being on an hour lunch break. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru,so I decided to come inside, to wait again for another 10 minutes with no acknowledgement at the carry out counter. So I asked for a manager. The manager was very understanding and apologized compensating my order with a free side. Overall I am very unlikely to return.
Are you kidding? No pulled pork. No chicken at all and no sliced turkey. The salad bar is completly empty. Kids ended up with burnt garlic toast and fatty cuts of pork. Thank goodness it wasnt my cash paying for this crap.
Just came and sat 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting to order, no one on the mic so I go inside and the place is slow and I see 4 servers/hostess in sight and I still can't get my order taken.
Service is always great, food is usually good, when they have it...4 out the last 6 visits in as many weeks they have been out of turkey. Seriously, a barbecue joint running out of meat, substituted the sliced pork but it was fatty. Sorry Sonnys seems like you're going downhill.
