Brisket had little flavor and I had the end piece that had a lot of bark? It was dry and seemed like it had sat in a steamer. Sausage tasted like old grease, smelt that way too. Potato salad was runny and had little to no flavor. Honestly I was disappointed that a place that has been producing food since 1958 would produce food this poorly. My stomach was upset for a day and a half. I was craving bbq and had high hopes but I was severely let down!
The brisket was really good! Good smoke taste and texture and flavor! That was my favorite so far in this area. I will be going back to try the other stuff as well first chance I get.
