Jim listed our Moms House in Seattle after she passed away. He was very helpful in helping us clear out 60+ years of accumulation and after a month, conducted an Open House. Two days later a Sold Sign was in front. Very Professional and Caring. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love you Jim and I will recommend you to everyone I know.
