Gave them a 2nd chance after my business was broken into by cutting a 3’x3’ hole in my ceiling. I have 2 microphones which were 10’ on each side of where the hole was cut with a reciprocating saw yet their employee didn’t hear anything until they were inside the store. Today a employee accidentally set the alarm off. Sonitrol did not call me. I called them after 10 minutes and the monitoring station said that they did not get a alarm notification. Stay away!!!
I have been trying to get a service tech out to our business and nobody from this office will call us back. Not sure why the service has declined so much in the last year.
