If you enjoy being charged twice for your food and not getting it, then being told your card did not go through even after you show them they charged it TWICE then by all means go donate some money here. After talking to two managers and the owner we are still waiting on the money to be refunded weeks later. We will be contacting corporate.
Every time I come here they are out of onion rings or mozz. Sticks and its monday wtw. Whoever does the ordering kinda sucks!
Went there today started ordering while I was getting the rest of my order together the person taking the order Priscilla states press the button when you're ready to order and then leaves I pressed it again and asked if she was the only one in there and stated no. When I started saying my order she put someone else on there. I see why no one goes there. They are rude!
I stopped in bought 2 drinks. The total was 4.52 the girl came out I gave my fiancee 10.52 to pay for it.. that would mean I should be receiving $6 change back from the girl. Well my fiancee handed me a five dollar bill as the girl handed it to him, I looked and said ummm she shorted you $1 in change... now mind you I usually tip the car hop AFTER I receive my change... This Sonic is the best one here in Sherman, I stop here at least 4 to 5 times a week. The staff is always friendly and goes out of there way to help. Sonic on Parkway ROCKS!!!!
For the second time in two weeks, I got the worst iced tea ever. Don't really like throwing $2.48 + $1.00 tip away, but that's what I did. Tea was not fit to drink. After 1st time called manager and got an apology. Have been going to Sonic @ Town Center. Have had no problems there.Shame they can't brew iced tea.
