Came to sonic tonight waited at least 5 minutes after it already said on screen they were on their way just to be told the slush machine doesn’t work. Then they traded to slushes with candy and fruit I ordered for a ocean water and didn’t offer to credit the difference of my money. Very much not happy tonight
went to lunch at sonic today with a few co workers and all three of us got extremely sick. when we contacted the manager to advise her of this she was rude and didn't want to do anything. don't go to this one. take the time to drive to the one at the Town center.
worst toaster breakfast sandwich Ive ever been served. cold soggy bacon and old stale egg. Wouldn't feed it to my dog

When we got home our corny dog were not in the sack we called a women answer the phone laid the phone down never came back. We were on hold for about 15 minutes so we got in our car and drove back there.That is very poor business putting the phone down and never coming back. And if you order a cherry coke it should have cherry juice and a real cherry in it. The services had been bad the last couple of times we have been there. Who ever takes the order is rude sometimes .
So I began ordering and the lady taking my order was a bit rude. Asking over n over before I could respond whether or not if everything in the screen was correct yet talked over me when responding to her telling her the screen wasnt working and then was sarcastic telling me to have a shiny day when it is raining and cloudy outside really? first sonic service issue ive ever had at ANY location and I travel.
The customer service here is terrible. What do you mean you can’t sell ice during happy hour when happy hour ends in ten minutes? And why didn’t you tell me you had no gravy for my chicken strips when I asked for it upon ordering only to tell me when I had already paid for and you had brought me my food? Also, why do you only bring 4 pieces of chicken when I ordered, AND PAID, for five. Sonic, I think it’s time we stop seeing each other. You cause me way too much frustration. Super slow and worse customer service ever! Will be going to the town center Sonic from now on.
