Slow!🤬I just asked them for 2 strawberry lemonades and they took 15 minutes! Because I called them and someone came outside but if I hadn’t called them they wouldn’t have come. And plus they only have me one strawberry lemonade and the other one was regular lemonade. Bad service. Won’t recommend🤬

There for 35 mins without getting 4 drinks. Pushed the red button twice and still no drinks

I am not one to normally complain, but this is the grossest thing I’ve ever had happen to me. My 6 yr old son asked me to take the lid off of his slush to finish it and we discovered that the whole bottom was covered in mold. I’m not sure if it was in the cup or came from the syrup, but I’ve never been so grossed out. The poor kid drank most of it and I’m praying he doesn’t get sick as he is highly allergic to mold.
Just got breakfast burritos and tots there and everything was cold 😡 Nobody likes cold greasy food! The carhop didn’t give me a receipt either. I won’t be back.
This is the worst Sonic I've been to. Service is crappy, staff is rude & food is always cold &/or stale
Sonic just lost a customer this morning. The service has been dodgy ever since Alex had to leave — several times, my order has been wrong, and today I had to wait (too long for only three cars there) just to get ice cold eggs and bacon wrapped in a dried-out (and cold) tortilla. The price increase isn’t worth the bad food and snippy service. I’m going to miss Stephanie and Nicki (they are amazing), but enough is enough. I hope they can pull it together and regain their former glory, but for now, I’m out.
