Ordered just a drink and tots. Tots were so greasy and hard. Nothing inside them, just tasted like greasy plastic.

This Sonic is FREQUENTLY short staffed!! Either you go and wait to even get your order taken or the lady tells you flat out she is going to be a while because of some excuse or another. I like to support Sachse business but i have had the worst service here and i will be going somewhere else.
This is a bug I found in my ice from a drink I recurved this morning!! Nasty. The employee that brought it to me, her smoke smell was so strong it almost made me gag.
I have been going to this sonic for 20 years and I have never had food better than today. Perfect crispness on tots and onion rings. Burger with perfect toppings. I ate way too much but it was delicious.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. We are waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and still didn’t have them after the 20 minutes!! Don’t waste your time!!
Don't waste your time! Worst food and service!! Waited 30 minutes for order and they were not that busy. Order comes and it is not all there. When I tell the car hop she says " oh.... I see". It was like I was bothering her. Waited another 8 minutes to get the rest of my order. Food was luk warm at best. Ordered 6 piece boneless wings and received 5 and one was so dry and hard you could not eat it and the others were just dry and over cooked. If I had not paid at the kiosk I would have just left. I took 10 minutes to even get someone to take my order and then I waited 10 more minutes for 2 drinks! Staff has a horrible attitude
