Slowest Sonic I have ever been to
They put jalepenos on my burger and then the manager came and swore it wasn't because he made the burger. I'm not crazy. pickles don't set your mouth on fire. Hope I don't end up in the ER tonight!
Seriously how hard is it to put cheese sauce in a bag?? I even asked to be sure it went in the bag! The cheese sauce is part of the price!
I’ve been here several times always hoping the establishment was just having an off day. Every time I wait 15+ minutes for just drinks after having waited and extended period of time just to take the order. The young ladies I deal with are always friendly but the management needs to get the people behind the scenes moving!
So I just got home from sonic. I ordered a small Reeses blast a medium mozzarella stick and a small coke float. The wait was about 20 minutes. Get home only to find that all the Reeses they put in my blast were at the top and it was maybe a half of a Reeses cup crumbled and it was stale and crunchy. It was literally a cup of vanilla ice cream. If I wanted to pay 4 dollars for vanilla ice cream I would have gone to the grocery store and bought a gallon of it for that price. Waited 15 minutes and they never took my order I continued to press the button and no answer.
It was good yesterday. Unfortunately,it's not always that way.
I waited in line for 4 ice creams for 45 minutes last night. One of them was a cookie dough blast and the only cookie dough was the sprinkles on top. None in the vanilla ice cream. I asked for extra nuts on the speaker and after waiting 45 minutes to get my ice cream I forgot to even look to see if I had nuts. I got home and no nuts.
