always so slow and horrible customer service
I placed my order online for a Diet Coke. I got there and at 1:15 pm it said my order was on its way. 10 minutes later I called and told them I still haven’t received it, and was told it was in its way... well 5 more minutes go by and still nothing. So I call back and at this point it has been 17 minutes waiting on a RT 44 Diet Coke.. the lady who answered was like how many minutes, what did you have again.... horrible service!!! And not the first time, but won’t be back to this location again!!! What’s the point of placing ... read more

Worst experience ever. Deer park Sonic is by far the worst service in Sonic history. The manager for the 8pm shift on July 9 2020 is so disrespectful and unprofessional. A nice young lady cane and took my card to pay inside because the carhop card reader wasn’t working. The manager then comes out to tell me that my card didn’t go through, but when I checked my bank account they charged me twice in which that equaled $50. I showed the manager was my account online showed me and he clearly stated word for word “I don’t care wh... read more
